Many people in Stockholm ate their first French fries ever with us, and they still call them the best in town. The same goes for our béarnaise.

  1. 1954

    Since we opened in November 1954 we have served grilled meat of the very best quality. At the start it was our father, the Frenchman Yves Fitoussy, who stood at the grill.

  2. The 70s

    Most things here are as they were in the 70s. The atmosphere is familiar and easy to talk in.

  3. 1989

    SVT's film Ett huvud mer eller mindre, largely filmed at Cassi, was broadcast on 6 July 1989.

  4. Today

    Today the second generation has taken over. We are three siblings who own and run Cassi.
